1. 基本方針

Ripplowの運営者（以下「運営者」）は、Ripplowアプリ及び公式Webサイトにおける個人情報について、個人情報の保護に関する法令を遵守し、適切に取り扱います。

2. 取得する情報

お問い合わせの際に送信されるメールアドレス、氏名その他の送信内容。
不具合報告の件名、内容及び任意で入力されたアプリ・OSのバージョン。
Webサイトの配信・安全な運用に伴い、配信事業者が処理するIPアドレス、ブラウザ・端末の情報、アクセス日時等。
アプリの利用に氏名やメールアドレスの登録は不要です。不具合フォームでもこれらの入力は求めません。自由記述には個人情報や秘密情報を記載しないでください。

3. 利用目的

お問い合わせへの回答及びご依頼への対応。
不具合の調査、品質向上及びサービスの改善。
Webサイトの配信、不正利用の防止及び安全な運用。
法令上の義務への対応。
取得した情報をこれらの目的の範囲内で利用し、目的外に利用する場合は、法令で認められる場合を除き、ご本人の同意を得ます。

4. アプリ内のデータ

作品、素材、設定、キャッシュ、バックアップ及び動作ログは利用者の端末内に保存されます。通常の制作操作で、作品や操作履歴を運営者へ自動送信することはありません。
診断情報をファイルに書き出しても自動送信はされません。共有する場合は、個人情報や秘密情報が含まれていないかご確認ください。
利用者が選択した外部サービスとの連携では、選択したデータが連携先に渡る場合があります。アプリの更新確認・取得や外部サービスの利用には通信を伴う場合があります。

5. 第三者提供・外部サービス

法令に基づく場合その他法令で認められる場合を除き、ご本人の同意なく個人情報を第三者へ提供しません。
Webサイトの配信・不具合報告の保存にはCloudflare、お問い合わせメールにはGoogle、任意のチップ決済にはStripeのサービスを利用します。必要な範囲で取扱いを委託し、委託先を適切に管理します。

外部サイトでの支援決済等、外部サービスへ直接提供する情報には、各サービスのプライバシーポリシーが適用されます。

6. 安全管理・保存期間

個人情報へのアクセスを必要な範囲に限定し、認証情報を適切に管理するなど、漏えい、滅失又は毀損の防止に必要な安全管理措置を講じます。
情報は利用目的の達成に必要な期間、又は法令により保存が必要な期間に限り保管し、不要になった情報は適切に削除します。

7. アクセスログ・Cookie等

運営者は、公式Webサイトのアクセスログを収集・保存しません。運営者独自の広告トラッキングやアクセス解析用Cookieも使用しません。
Cloudflare等の配信事業者による配信・セキュリティ・利用量集計に必要な技術情報の処理は行われます。外部サービスによる情報の取扱いについては、各サービスのポリシーもご確認ください。

8. 開示等・お問い合わせ

保有個人データの開示、訂正、削除、利用停止等のご請求及び個人情報の取扱いに関するお問い合わせは、下記窓口で受け付け、法令に従って対応します。必要に応じて、ご本人の確認をお願いすることがあります。

1. Basic policy

The operator of Ripplow (the "Operator") handles personal information relating to the Ripplow application
and official website appropriately and in accordance with applicable personal information protection laws.

2. Information collected

Email addresses, names and other information you send when contacting us.
Bug report titles, descriptions and optionally supplied application and operating system versions.
IP addresses, browser and device information, access times and similar information processed by the website
delivery provider for delivery and secure operation.
Using the application requires no name or email registration, and the bug form does not request these details.
Do not include personal or confidential information in free-text reports.

3. Purposes of use

Responding to inquiries and requests.
Investigating bugs, improving quality and improving services.
Delivering the website, preventing abuse and operating securely.
Complying with legal obligations.
We use collected information within these purposes. For other uses, we obtain consent unless permitted by law.

4. Data in the application

Projects, media, preferences, caches, backups and operational logs are stored on your device.
Normal creative work does not automatically send projects or activity history to the Operator.
Exporting a diagnostic file does not send it automatically. Check for personal or confidential information before sharing.
When you choose an external integration, selected data may be passed to that service.
Checking for and downloading application updates or using external services may involve network communication.

We do not disclose personal information to third parties without consent, except where required or permitted by law.
We use Cloudflare for website delivery and bug report storage, Google for inquiry email, and Stripe for optional tip payments.
We entrust information only as needed and manage service providers appropriately.

information that is no longer needed.

The Operator does not collect or store access logs for the official website.
The website also uses no Operator-managed advertising tracking or analytics cookies.
Delivery providers such as Cloudflare process technical information needed for delivery, security and usage statistics.

Contact us below to request access, correction, deletion or cessation of use of retained personal data,
