Scope and operator

These Terms govern software and associated services provided under the harelumina trade name. Operator and contact information is set out in the Commercial Disclosure and Privacy Policy. Review the relevant product supplements as well.

Review these Terms and system requirements before obtaining a directly distributed app. If you do not agree, do not install or use it. App Store copies are licensed under Apple's Standard EULA unless we supply a custom EULA. These Terms do not override that license or mandatory legal rights.

License

We grant a non-exclusive right to use the software for personal or business purposes on supported devices you own or control. Copy it only as needed for installation, use and backup. Any separate product or sales-channel conditions apply as stated for that product.

Software and your creations

The software remains the property of the operator or its respective rightsholders. We acquire no rights in projects, recordings, photos, videos or other creations merely because you used our software. You are responsible for checking rights and permissions for third-party materials, music, fonts and subjects you record or photograph.

Third-party software and restrictions

Bundled open-source software, fonts, icons and other materials retain their own licenses. These Terms do not limit rights those licenses grant, including use, copying, modification, redistribution and source access. The applicable third-party license prevails for that component if terms conflict.

Unless authorized separately or permitted by law, do not modify, redistribute, sell, rent or sublicense the software itself. Do not use it for unlawful purposes, rights infringement or disruption of services.

Payments, optional tips and refunds

Prices, payment methods, delivery, included features and refund terms are shown on the relevant product page and before purchase. Purchased rights follow the stated sales channel; they are shared across channels only where expressly stated.

Optional tips without benefits express appreciation for a free app already provided. They do not promise additional features, priority support, personal replies or particular development. Current Ripplow tips use this model. Payments for features or benefits are purchases under the stated product terms; contents and delivery timing are shown before purchase.

Optional tips are one-time payments. Contact support about refund concerns. For software purchased directly from us, contact us within 30 days of purchase. After verification, we normally refund the full purchase price and end the license granted by that purchase. App Store purchases and refunds follow Apple’s procedures. Statutory rights and payment-provider remedies remain unaffected.

Local data and external services

See the Privacy Policy and product supplements for storage, deletion, permissions, network connections, sharing, updates and diagnostics. Keep independent backups of important data. External apps and services you share data with also apply their own terms.

Updates and changes

Features or delivery may change for improvements, bug fixes or safe operation. Material changes will be communicated appropriately through product pages or update information. Review product-specific limits for beta releases and experimental features.

Warranty, liability and statutory rights

We do not guarantee fault-free operation with every device, media file or use case, uninterrupted availability or suitability for a particular purpose. These Terms do not exempt liability imposed by applicable law or limit liability for intentional misconduct or gross negligence. Mandatory consumer rights and remedies remain unaffected.

Support and revisions

Contact support@harelumina.com for support. We do not guarantee a time for ordinary support replies or resolution; legally required disclosures and other requests are handled according to applicable obligations. Revisions identify the applicable version, effective date and distribution scope. Changes to an existing contract follow the requirements and procedures of applicable law.

Governing law

Japanese law applies without depriving users of mandatory protections that otherwise apply. If a provision is invalid, the remaining provisions apply to the extent permitted by law.
