- 提供内容
- 各製品ページに記載するソフトウェア。Ripplowは無料ベータ配布と任意支援を提供しています。
- 利用料金・支援金額
- 無料・有料の区分、価格、通貨、税を含む支払総額は、各製品ページと購入前の画面に表示します。任意支援の金額・通貨はStripeの決済画面で確定前に確認できます。
- 追加費用
- 任意支援に運営者からの追加手数料・送料はかかりません。通信料・インターネット接続費用は利用者の負担です。
- 支払方法・時期
- Webの任意支援はStripeの決済画面に表示する方法で、支援手続きの完了時に支払います。引き落とし日は決済方法により異なります。App Storeの購入はAppleの手続きによります。
- 提供方法・時期
- 無料アプリは案内する配布先から取得できます。現在のRipplowの任意支援には追加の商品・機能・サービスはありません。追加機能や特典のある商品は、その内容・提供方法・時期を購入前に明示します。
- 任意支援の取消・返金
- 支援完了後の利用者都合による返金をお約束するものではありませんが、重複決済、誤った支払い、不正利用などは確認のうえ柔軟に対応します。返金についてお困りの際は窓口へご相談ください。
- 直接販売の取消・返金
- 当方が直接販売するソフトウェアは、購入日から30日以内に窓口へご連絡いただければ、購入を照合のうえ原則全額返金します。返金後は、その購入で付与した利用権を終了します。決済方法によって返金の反映時期は異なります。App Storeでの購入はAppleの返金手続きによります。これらの条件は法令上の権利や決済サービスの救済を制限しません。
- 販売地域・特典付き商品
- 販売地域と購入条件は商品・販売経路ごとに表示します。機能や特典を提供する支払いは、その商品条件に従う購入として扱い、特典なしの任意支援とは区別します。
- 動作環境
- 各製品ページと配布版の動作環境をご確認ください。
- 期限・継続課金
- 任意支援に申込期限はなく、都度払いです。自動継続課金はありません。別の販売条件がある商品は購入前に明示します。

- Products
- Software described on each product page. Ripplow provides a free beta and optional tips.
- Prices and tips
- Each product page and pre-purchase screen specify whether it is free or paid, the price, currency and total payable including applicable tax. Review the tip amount and currency at Stripe checkout before confirming.
- Additional costs
- The operator adds no handling or shipping fee to tips. Your internet or communication costs remain your responsibility.
- Payment methods and timing
- Web tips are paid using methods shown by Stripe when the support transaction completes. Account debit dates depend on the method. App Store purchases follow Apple procedures.
- Delivery
- Obtain free apps from the indicated source. Current Ripplow tips provide no additional goods, features or services. Products with paid features or benefits specify their contents, delivery method and timing before purchase.
- Optional tip refunds
- We do not promise change-of-mind refunds for completed optional tips. We review duplicates, mistaken payments, unauthorized use and other concerns and help resolve them where appropriate. Contact support if you need help with a refund.
- Direct software purchase refunds
- For software purchased directly from us, contact support within 30 days of purchase. After verifying the purchase, we normally issue a full refund and end the license granted by that purchase. Refund posting times depend on the payment method. App Store purchases follow Apple refund procedures. These conditions do not limit statutory rights or payment-provider remedies.
- Regions and products with benefits
- Sales regions and purchase conditions are specified for each product and channel. Payments that provide features or benefits are purchases under that product’s terms and are distinguished from optional tips without benefits.
- Requirements
- See the product page and requirements for the distributed version.
- Deadlines and recurring charges
- Tips have no application deadline and are one-time payments, without automatic recurring charges. Any different product terms are shown before purchase.
