Operator and scope

The operator providing apps and related sites under the harelumina trade name handles personal information in accordance with applicable law. See Operator Information on this page. Product privacy supplements describe app-specific data, permissions, sharing and deletion.

Information and purposes

We use contact information, names, messages and attachments you voluntarily send for support, responding to requests and investigating issues. Do not send unnecessary personal or confidential information or media.

Ripplow's report form accepts a subject and description, with optional app and OS versions. It has no dedicated name or reply-email fields; email us if you need an individual reply. Reports are stored using Cloudflare, and Google services may be used for receipt notifications.

Necessary purchaser, product, payment and refund details may be processed for verification, delivery, support, fraud prevention, accounting and legal obligations. We do not send marketing emails or track users for in-app advertising.

Application data

Current apps generally process data on your devices. Exceptions include M2P LAN transfers, Ripplow update checks and user-selected integrations, and sharing explicitly selected in Slidalk. Product supplements distinguish information sent to the operator from processing by the OS or sharing destinations.

Delivery, cookies and payments

Cloudflare provides site delivery and security and may process IP addresses, device/browser details and access times. We use no proprietary advertising tracking or analytics cookies. The Ripplow site operator does not collect or store website access logs.

Stripe handles web tips and applicable payments; Apple handles App Store purchases. We do not directly store full card numbers. Provider terms also apply to payment processing and necessary transaction details available to us.

Providers, disclosures and international processing

We use Cloudflare for delivery and report storage, Google for correspondence, and Stripe or Apple for payments. We limit entrusted processing to necessary purposes and review provider safeguards and requirements for international handling. Except as permitted by law, we do not provide personal information to third parties without consent. Sharing destinations you select apply their own terms to data you provide directly.

Security, retention and deletion

We protect information through limited access, protected accounts, device and credential management, and removal of unnecessary attachments. Support and report records are generally reviewed for deletion 2 years after resolution, unless continuing investigations, disputes or legal obligations justify retention. Transaction and accounting records are retained for applicable statutory periods.

Product supplements explain local data, system backups and shared copies. We cannot remotely delete data on your devices that we have never received.

Requests and contact

Contact support@harelumina.com for requests concerning access, purposes of use, correction, addition, deletion, suspension of use or third-party disclosure. We verify identity or authority using the minimum information appropriate and respond under applicable law. Do not attach unnecessary identity documents to your initial email. If law requires retention, we explain the reason and available actions. Security-measure inquiries use the same contact.

Changes

We review this Policy when features or data practices change and publish its version and effective date. Material changes are communicated appropriately and any legally required procedures are followed.

Operator information

Where omission is legally permitted, the legal operator name (and responsible person for a corporation), address and telephone are provided on request by document or email without undue delay and with sufficient time before a purchase decision. We also promptly answer requests for the identity and address of the personal information operator. Contact us below. Required disclosures on other sales channels are displayed on those channels.
